2nd ZX Microfair

The 2nd ZX Microfair was held on Saturday 30 January 1982 at Central Hall, Westminster, London SW1. The event ran from 10:30am to 8:30pm and featured hardware, software, books, magazines, user groups and a bring-and-buy sale for ZX80 and ZX81 users.

The contemporary advertisement stated that the event had double the space of the first show. Admission was 50p for adults and 30p for children under 14, with accompanied children under 10 admitted free.

Your Spectrum Relaunched as Your Sinclair

Your Spectrum magazine was relaunched as Your Sinclair with its January 1986 issue. The magazine had originally launched in January 1984 as Your Spectrum and had become a monthly publication later that year. The change of name reflected plans to broaden its coverage to include the Sinclair QL and future Sinclair computers, although the magazine continued to concentrate heavily on the ZX Spectrum. The first Your Sinclair issue was numbered 1, beginning a new numbering sequence separate from the 21 issues of Your Spectrum.
